    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because it was making a rattling noice in a hose, and the speed gage was not working. The service was completed quickly. Some parts of the car was covered by the warranty, the others were not. The staff was good. My car is running a lot better today. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I brought it in for the timing belt. It was there for a week and the service was covered. I did get a receipt. They had fixed a door panel for me but it has broken again. I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff there nice and the experience was negative because of how long it took.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Anthony, and I did not like how much I paid over the blue book value. Anthony did a good job during my purchase. My steering wheel is a little touchy, but I needed to buy a vehicle the same day. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought the vehicle in because of engine problems. It was shaking bad and cutting off and on. It took 2 days for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was very good. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. I took my car to the service center to get a oil change, but I got it back the same day. I had to pay five dollars for the oil change, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me wonderful, and overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for service because I needed my alternator replaced. They kept it maybe two hours to fix. I was charged a reasonable amount and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. The staff always treats me great.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a normal oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I had to pay five dollars for it, but I got a receipt back showing it was done. I am not currently having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me ok.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. My experience was positive. Kim was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2003 GMC Envoy. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the water pump replaced and it took 24 hours to get it back. The staff did a fine job and it was under warranty. I got a receipt afterwards. The brakes seem to be having issues now also. I am not happy about the amount of problems I have had with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Grand Marq. My salesperson was Andrew. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought it in for an oil change that took a couple of hours. It was covered and I did get a receipt. The car is starting to overheat a bit, but I am going to take care of most of it. I haven`t been able to bring it in because of my schedule. The staff there is good and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE 88. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 45 minutes to complete. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fine. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN L200. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my fluids checked. My vehicle was in the shop for about two hours, and my service bill was fair. My transimission is currently slipping, and my brakes are a little rough. I think that my the rotors are vibrates a little. I can not afford to get the additional work done, but I received paperwork after my last service. The staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Tony was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, an the vehicle that I selected was in great shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience postiive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. The man who sold me the car was AC and he did a good job selling me the car. It did not take long for me to get approved for thec car, it was like a few minutes. When I did get the car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean. Today my car is running good with no problems. Overall my experience was positive.
