 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I recently brought the vehicle in for a loose bolt, it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was really nice, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I brought my car in for water leakage. It took 2 days to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was excellent. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Anthony, and I was apporoved with in one day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but later I noticed that my window motor is messing up. The winodw motor is not working, so I plan to have service on it later this week. My sales person, Anthony, did an excellent job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Lumina. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Clay, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in grat shape when I bought it, but some lady hit my vehicle. My sales person did pretty good, and he helped me choose my vehicle. My vehicle was hit, but it is still runs.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any issues with the vehicle now. Jason was my salesperson and she was good overall. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. I brought my car in to have work done on the brakes and because one of the windows was off track. I picked up my car the next day. The window was covered under warranty. The brakes were not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The staff were real good. That is the reason I bring my car in for service there. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a reciept. The staff`s service was great. The only problem with my car is that the engine reset button needs to be adjusted because it keeps saying oil change required. The only issue I have is that it takes forever to book an appointment.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Maria was my salesperson at JD Byrider. She was great at assisting me in my sale. The car was in good condition and clean when I purchased it. It is running okay now, except the engine light keeps coming on. My experience overall was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Hyundai Elantra. I brought the vehicle in to repair the exhanust. It took 20 minutes for it to be repaired . It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was ok. I have had to have the car serviced seven times since we got the vehicle in February. My overall experience is negative not because of the customer service but because of the problems and everything we have went through with the car. I am unhappy with the car.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle. I brought the vehicle in because the check engine light was on and a pipe had rusted. It had to be towed to the shop. It took 2 days for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. The vehicle is in the shop right now due to the check engine light being on and staying on. The customer service I received was ok but I`m not happy with the sales manager and how he is helping me with my situation. I am having to take my vehicle every month for repairs. My overall experience was negative due to the problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought the vehicle in fuel pump. It took 2 days for it to be repaired. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am having problems with the rear adjusters and springs breaking on the vehicle. Also the heat is not working. The customer service staff is nice. They always try to help me. My overall experience was positive.
