 | I own a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. The vehicle was recently brought in for struts, and it took a couple of hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a reciept for the service, and I feel like I shouldn`t had to pay at all. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was short, male, and he sat at the second desk. My vheicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on, and they had it for a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated us great, and currently the check engine light is back on.

 | I own a 2002 SATURN Other. Overall my expereince was positive. My sales person was David, and Jason. I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in pretty good condition when I bought it, but I noticed the an interior light needed to be changed. I changed my interior light, and every thing else has gone good, so far. I would say that David did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a reciept for the service, and I dont know if the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a tire replacement. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. My car is going into the shop next week to be serviced. Other than that--there are no other problems with my car.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Saline and he was beautiful and wonderful. The car was is in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It did not take long at all to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Clay, and I was approved with in two days. My brakes are making a noise, and I just bought my car on Thursday. My brakes were not making a noise when I bought it, so I do not know why they are now. I do not really know what to say so far about any thing, but my sales person was nice to me.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. My salesperson was James and he was awesome. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 30 minutes to an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff treated me very well, and the vehicle has no problems now.  | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. I brought my vehicle in because it was jerking while I was driving and I got it back in a day. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were nice but they didn`t fix the problem. I am still having the same issues. Overall my experience was neutral because the problem wasn`t fixed.

I apoligize for not knowing the name of my sales person, but he was very professional. I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in excellent conditon when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. I am really happy about how things went during my purchase.

I don`t remember if I received paperwork that day. I am having problems with it hesitating when I am driving it. I would rate the customer service a 9 out of 10. My overall experience was positive.
