 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Aurora. I brought my vehicle in because the steering column was having issues and there was no airbag. It took a week and a half and they didn`t fix a thing. The price I paid was not fair and I got a receipt. The staff did a fine job with me. I am having the exact same problems today. Overall my experience was neutral because I paid for a service where they didn`t do anything.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems now. My salesperson was Carlos, and he was good.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Truck. I brought it in for the front end suspension, it wasn`t starting. It was for 2 weeks and the service was covered other than towing. They didn`t repair the supsension problem because they said it wouldn`t be covered. I am very upset because this was a problem when I bought it and I was told it would be covered. I just went and bought a new vehicle from another place instead. The staff there was ok though there aren`t spectacular. The experience was negative because of the problem with the truck, it not being fixed, and it not being covered.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my car in to have the brakes done. I am not sure how long it took to complete, but it was ready when I came to pick it up. It was covered under warranty and I received paperwork for the service. The staff were friendly. Currently the brake pedal sometimes goes all the way to the floor when I press on it. Overall my experience was positive.

It was there for 2 days and I had to pay for the two, and though it was covered I still paid a total of $70. The problem still wasn`t fixed when I got it back, and I didn`t even get home before it broke down again. They traded the vehicle for another one and there are no problems with my new vehicle. I never actually met with anyone in the service center because I would have it towed and then pick it up after close. The experience was neutral because the people were good, but the car not being fixed was bad.

 | I own a 1998 Ford F-150. I brought the vehicle in because there was a squeeking in the wheel. It took 10-15 minutes for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day.
I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was great. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET S-10. I brought the vehicle in because it was jerking really bad and it would cut off on you. It was repaired the same day. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day but I was told to give it to the CNAC representative when I went to make my payment. I am having some problems with the vehicle jerking and at times it is hard to start. The customer service I received was good. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 SATURN SL. I brought the vehicle in because I have a broken cv joint on my vehicle. I was there for about 1 hour. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. I have to go back to complete the repair once the parts come in. I am not having any other problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was as good as could be expected. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. Alex was the salesperson who helped me get my vehicle and he treated me well. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was reasonably clean and in good condition when I purchased it. There is a noise coming from the engine and the car has issues going into park sometimes.
