    I own a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because I heard squealing in the vehicle and they replaced the power steering pump. But that did not fix it. I will have to take the car back in . They kept my car for about three hours. I was charged $25.00 and I did get a receipt. The staff overall was good.

    I own a 2002 Ford Mustang. My salesperson was James and he was good. The car was in good condition when I got it. The passenger seat is locked up, there is a ticking noise in the motor, and the car hesitates going up a hill. It took about an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for bushings, transmission leaks, and some cosmetic issues. They kept my car for 1/2 day to work on it. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any issues now. The staff overall were very good.

    I own a 1999 TOYOTA Tacoma. I brought the vehicle in because the check engine light came on and we needed an oil change. It took 4 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive any paperwork that day. I am having problems with the starter making clicking noises. I have an appointment for Thursday. The customer service I received was excellent. My overall experience was great.

    I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. I brought my car in for steering problems and an A/C leak. It took about 4-5 hours to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I recently brought the vehicle in for the engine light, and a door that would not lock, it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was very nice, and the engine light is back on now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in for a sleigh bar, the bar shifting the gears was locking and a few other things. It took 1 day to get everything fixed. Parts were under warranty and others were not, but those prices were fair. I got a receipt. The staff was nice and did an awesome job. The manager was really cool and helped me out alot. The CV joints are going out. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Carlos, and he was real good. It didnt take long for me to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition when I drove it home. I am not having any major problems with the car but the air only works on three.

    I own a 2000 Mitsubishi LANCER. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new catalytic convertor. It took a few hours to replace. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service is always great--they are always nice, honest, and professional. The car`s check engine light keeps coming on and I have an appointment set for next week.

The staff was good. There is a grinding vibration noise from the car. Overall, my experience was positive.
