 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET CLASSIC. I brought my car in for an oil change. It was completed quickly. I had to pay a fair price for the service, and I was given a receipt. I was very satisfied with the staff. The car is running alright today. Overall I have had a positive experience.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Escort. I brought it in because it was dying on me, and they were checking the ssr light. It was there for a day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt. Their computer wasn`t able to diagnose the problem, so they want me to bring it back at another time. The staff was perfect and the experiece was very positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Focus. I brought my car in for the module and the axel was leaking. It took a day and a half to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

I did not get a receipt when it was finished. The staff were great. My car is running wonderful as of today. Overall I have had a positive experience.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought the vehicle in because the a/c belt had to be replaced and it wasn`t accelerating properly. It took 3 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was excellent. My overall experience was positive. I haven`t had any problems with JD Byrider.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge RAM 1500. I brought my car in for the vibrations in the car. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great, they always take care of me. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville. The vehicle was recently brought in for engine vaccum, and oxygen censor, and it took a couple of hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was pretty nice, and the vehicle has no probelms now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I brought my car in to have the coils replace. It took about an hour and a half to complete. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was so nice, even when I went off. The radio needs to be hooked up. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. My service engine light was comming on and off. My brake were not working, my cruise control was not working, and my a tail light was out. I also needed an oil, and a fitler change too. My vehicle was in the shop for one day. The service bill was fair as far as I am concerend, and I received paperwork. My Abs light is currenlty back on, but the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in service.

 | I own a 2001 MAZDA MPV. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a clicking in the axel, and they had it for about 1/2 a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me very good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took 15 minutes. I got a receipt and it was covered under warranty. The staff did a very good job. I have not had any other issues with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because the caliper fell off. The service department kept my car for 1/2 day to work on it. I think I paid some money but I am not sure. I did get a receipt too. I still have a noise that I was hearing before the previous service was done. The staff overall was good.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was John, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job, and I did not think that I would get approved for a vehicle.
