 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inisde and in a good runnning condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any issues with my vehicle now. the taff overall overall was beautiful. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I brought it in for a problem with the alternator. It was there for an hour or so and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was helpfull and the experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was negative, because I keep having to take my vehicle back to the shop for the same problem. My ABS light keep comming on, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for a two hours. I do not think that I should have to pay for the service, becuase I had service five times for the same problem. This problem has been going on since I have bought my vehicle, but the staff has never fixed it. Now that my warranty has expired, the staff is saying that I have to pay for the work. I do not think that that is fair, but I am going to go ahead and take care of the problem I received paperwork. My ABS light is back on again, and again, and again. The staff was nice during the service. I received paperwork upon the completetion of service.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 15 minutes to complete. I only paid $5.00 for the oil change, and I received paeprwork. The staff did a good job during my visit with them, and I do not any problems with my vehicle. My vehicle was under warranty during the time that I had service on my vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in due to a blown head gasket and it took two weeks to get it back to me. The price I paid was not fair in my opinion but the problem was fixed. I got a receipt and the staff were nice to me over the two weeks they had the vehicle. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, the left side blinker light is out now. The staff overall were pretty good. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. I brought it in for a fuel intake manifold. It was there for a day but it took 6 months to get the part. The serivce was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was perfect. The experience was positive.

My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was very good, and I just need to get a bulb replaced on my vehicle at some point.

 | I own a 2001 Mercury Villager. My salesperson was Ben. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 1 hour for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. I took my car to the service center because there was a noise coming from the front. I got the car back that same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am still having the same noise evey now and then so I am going to take the car back to the service center. The staff treated me excellent, and overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 CHEVROLET ASTRO VAN. Overall my experience was negative because they kept my car to long and I dont think they treated me very good. I need my car so I can get to work. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get a new water pump put in it. They had my car in the shop for about one week which was too long. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running ok for me but I am still having some problems.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the hazard and the blinkers stopped working. It did not take long at all--it was speedy. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car at this time.
