 | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Delvin, and I was approved with in two days. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but I question if my air conditioner cools or not. It has been so cold since I bought my vehicle, that I do not know if it works or not. Both Delvin, and the girl that helped me that did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change and a tune up and my check engine light was on. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running very well for me. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because the right tire was squealing, and for the transmission. The service was done quickly, but the tire is still not fixed. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff was wonderful. The vehicle is pretty much running good besides the tire. Overall my experience has been positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of it.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took in my car for a vaccuum hose. The work took from morning to afternoon. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car seems to be doing fine. The staff is pretty nice. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1997 Buick LeSabre. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 or 30 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. I am waiting on my mirror to be repaired, and I have an appointment on friday. The staff was wonderfull and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for service because the steering rack went out. They kept my car not even a day to fix it. I was charged a reasonable amount and I did get a receipt. It is the shop for radiator issues now. The staff is wonderful.

They had my car in the shop for about four hours and the staff members treated me great while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Dan. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I have problems with the vehicle right now. The left back window won`t roll down. The brake pads are grinding. There was a smell when I turned the heat on. The plastic over the speedometer has alot of scratches in it to where it is hard to read it. Also the gear shifts sticks. It took about 6 1/2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. I had an 8,00am appointment but he was 22 minutes late. My overall experience was negative. I am upset because I called to tell them ahead of time that the payment would be in their drop box on Saturday morning and I was told if it wasn`t there Friday night that they would reposses the car. I have dealt with other JD Byrider`s and had wonderful things to say about everyone there but I am unhappy with the car and very disappointed. I don`t feel like I was treated the way a customer should be.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Ford Expedition. I bought my car from Dwight, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. It took about four hours and it wouldnt have been bad if I didnt have all three of the kids with me. The car wasnt nice and clean when I bought it. There is a oil leak, the cylinder is broke, the tires are low profile tires and they told me they would replace them. The car pops every two and a half feet. I cant keep taking the car to the service center because its a long drive. Overall my experience was negative because all the problems with the car and when I took it up there they had it for eight days and didnt do anything to it.

I have had problems with this car ever since I bought it. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me good. The work done was for free and I did get a receipt with it. Today my car is running alright for me, I am still having some problems with it.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get the steering fixed and they needed to fix some parts of the transmission. They had my car in the shop for about two days. The staff there always do a great job, Kari and Kena are amazing. They always do a good job. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Overall my experience was poisitve. My blower would only work on high, and my vehicle was in the shop for a few hours. My service was fair, and I received paperwork. The customer serivce was good, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.
