 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was negative, because it takes so long to get the car in and then, you have to be up there all day. We brought the car in for a belt repair and oil change, and the work took about 4-5 hours. It just seems like she is always having to take the car back for more and more problems. It is mostly the motor that is having the problems. I am not sure if the work was covered under warranty, or if she got a receipt with that because she picked it up. The staff there treated me alright, and currently there are still problems with the engine and the A/C.

 | I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Saneel, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, but my heater makes a rattling noise. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the whole purchase in general.

 | I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I took my car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am having with a problem with the car now but the warranty doesnt cover it. The staff treated me pretty good. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was tall, black male who sat in the first office when you walk in the door.
The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 1-2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwok. The customer service was lovely, and I do not have any problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 SATURN L200. My experience was positive. Ken was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I need to have the brakes checked.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Buick Century. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 15 or 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. The temperature gauge keeps running to hot, but I am already making another appointment for that. The staff there was good and the experience was neutral because this will be the second time now that I have to bring it in for running hot.

 | I own a 2006 Mercury Villager. I had a coupon for a free oil change, the service was completed quickly. Also, the starter needed to be fixed. The car was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff was excellent. My car is doing good today. Overall my experience was positive.

The check engine light keeps going on and off in the car, the cruise control doesn`t work, and the heating vent is cracked. It took me all day to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

My overall experience was neutral due to me buying vehicles for over 30 years I do not feel as an adult I need to watch a film. It was a different experience for me. My vehicle was clean on the inside but the back red lens is cracked. My salesperson was black and he was good. I was approved for my car the same day.-
