 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. My vehicle was ticking so I brought it in and it took 8 hours to get it back. The price I paid was not fair because it didn`t get fixed and I don`t think I got a receipt. The staff did an okay job. The vehicle is still having the same ticking problem. Overall my experience was negative because the ticking noise is still going on.

 | I own a 2002 SATURN LS1. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was leaking transmission fluid and it took a couple of hours until it was fixed. The staff did a good job with everything and I got a receipt. It was covered under warranty and the vehicle is having the same problem now.

 | I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. My salesperson was Mike, and he was great. The vehicle was clean and in great condition when I purchased it, and still is today. I was approved the same day, and would rate my expoerience as positive.

 | I own a 2004 Mercury Other. I brought the car in for the water pump to get fixed. The service was completed quickly, and the staff was good. It was under warranty and I have paperwork. Today, the car is running good. Overall I had a positive experience.

 | I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to get a oil change and to have the locked looked at because it wasnt working. I got the car back that day, and it was fast. I had to pay five dollars for the oil change, but I got a receipt back. I have to take the car back when I want them to work on the lock. The staff treated me just fine.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was in an excellent condition when I first got it. No problems so far. Colette was my salesperson and she was great. She stayed in touch with me. I love her! I was approved for my car the same day.

It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was good. The experience was neutral because I keep having the same problem over and over again.

 | I own a 2001 KIA Sportage. My salesperson was Angela and she was very nice and very professional. The car was in good condition when I got it. There is a light that looks like it is for the engine lit up on the dashboard. It took about an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

There are no problems I just need to bring my car in for an oil change. The staff there was great, and very honest with me when they made a mistake (he had thought they gave me an oil change when I had the water pump done, but hadn`t and he apologized to me for it) which I liked. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Ranger. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for the ujoints. The car was done the same day but I wasnt able to go get. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back showing what was done. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The girl at the service desk treated me real nice.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about one hour to complete. My vehilce was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that I was at the dealership.

The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was not approved the first day I walked in. The car has had starter problems recently. Overall my experience was neutral because of the car problems going on.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Lauren sold me the car. The car was in alright condition. I told that the car doesn`t want to start and they know. The sunroof doesn`t work but they said they don`t fix them. The process didn`t take long. The staff was good. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about one hour. My vehicle was warranty, and I received paperwork. I like the on girl that is normally up there, but she was not there this time. The customer service was okay, but my vehicle is a new noise. The noise is small, but I do not know what is causing it. I will probly need more service in the near future.
