 | I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. My salesperson was Kallile and she was excellent. The car was in good condition when I got it. The window lock is broken and the window sill is loose. It took about an hour once I came in again to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because it was making a noise. They kept it for 1/2 a day to work on it. I was charged $25.00 and I did get a receipt. I have the same problem now and I am bringing it back in in the morning. The staff treat me okay.

 | I own a 1998 Plymouth Voyager. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I recived paperwork. My horn currently does not work, so I plan to have more serivce. The staff did a good job during my oil change.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was neutral, because the service was not the best but it was okay. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and engine check up, and they had it for about half of a day. I had to pay for the service, and I guess the price was fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me okay. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Regal. Overall my experience was positive. My vehilce needed a water pump, and my service bill was fair. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and I consder that the service bill was fair. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle and the staff did a good job during their service on my vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Grand Marq. My salesperson was Clarence and he was real cool. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 3 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voya. My overall experience was positive. I brought my van in for an oil change and to get the automatic door locks fixed. They did keep my van for one day. I was not charged and I did get a receipt. I have to bring the van back in to get the door locks fixed. The staff overall were oikay.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN Other. I took in my car for an oil change. I will be bring it back because I need a heater coil. The work has been playing for like a month. The . The work less than 15 minutes. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. I don`t think I should have to wait as long as I some people for an appointment. I`ve never missed a payment and I don`t go into the office cussing and goofing off. I like the staff. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Ranger. A younger gentleman who just got promoted to salesman was my salesperson, and the vehicle that I selected was in excellent shape when I received it. It took about five hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was pretty good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Regal. I had a positive experience with JD Byrider. I brought my car in recently for the transmission and tie rod. The service was completed quickly, and the staff was good. I did have to pay $70 for the tie rod. The car is running good as of today.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to get a oil change, and it only thirty minutes. I had to pay five dollars for the oil change, but they gave me a receipt back showing it was done. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me fine.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE 88. I brought my car in for a starter. It took 2 days to get fixed. It was under warranty. I did not get a receipt. The staff was alright. The entire upholstery is falling apart. Overall, my experience was negative because of the car having all the problems and once I pay it off I don`t want nothing to do with JD Byrider.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a new battery. It only took 30 minutes to replace. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a reciept. The staff`s service was really good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 1998 Ford Contour. I took my car to the service center to have the water pump replaced, a tune up, and the oil change. I got the car back two days later. I had to pay two hundred and ninty one dollars for the work that was done to the car, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now, but I havent really drove it. The staff treated me very nice. Overall my experience was positive.
