    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for a light dealing with the gaskets. It took about an hour to get fixed. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fine. The light problem is still occuring. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was quickly done while I waited. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me very well, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. My salesman was crazy Ben. He was awesome. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. Since I have had it, it has been in the shop 5 times though. Yesterday morning it got hit by a car while it was parked. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because I had to replace the compressor. The car was at the service center for about two days. All the work that was done to the car was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt back. The check engine light came on a couple days after I got the car back and it does that every time. The staff treated me great. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change. I had to drop the car off because I had to go to work, but I got it back that day. I didnt have to pay for the oil change, but I got a receipt back. When I go over a bump the car tends to rattle. Also the speakers in the car are blown. The staff was nice to me. Overall my experience was neutral because the problems with the car now.

    I own a 2003 Mercury Sable. I recently brought the vehicle in for a new transmission to be installed, and it was there from Monday, to Thursday to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Regency. Overall I had a positive experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and the staff even noticed I had a tail light out and they fixed it right up for me. I thought the service was great. I didn`t have to pay anything because my car was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork for my service. The vehicle is doing fine today.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Ram. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of a problem with the breaks. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything because of my warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was outstanding. There are no problems with my car now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall, my experience was neutral because they couldn`t pinpoint the problem with my vehicle, and by the time they do, my warranty may run out. I brought the car in because the transmission was slipping. It was serviced in a couple hours and I did not have to pay anything because of my warranty. I was not given a receipt, and the customer service was good. The transmission is sitll having problems. Other than that there are no problems with my car now.

    I own a 2000 Ford Mustang. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the passenger side window came off track. It took only a few hours. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great--they were very nice. I just need an oil change--other than that my car is fine.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler VOYAGER. Overall my experience was positive. I had an alignement, and my vehicle was in the day. My vehicle was udner warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was positive. I had service on my starter, and crank system. My vehicle was in the shop all day, and my vehicle was under warranty. My service bill was fair, because the staff only had me pay for the part, and not labor. The part was not covered under warranty. My vehicle vehicle is running fine, and I do not have any complaints.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for sway bar ends and new brakes. The work was done within a couple of hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my van is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Silverado. I had the water pump stop working on my vehicle, and the shop got me in quickly and fixed the problem very quickly. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and they provided me with all the needed paperwork after the repair was complete. The staff was very polite, and the vehicle is doing great today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I brought it in for a noise in the front end, that they said was the ball joints. It was there for a less than a full day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt. The car is making another noise now but I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff was great and the experience was positive.
